i had my daughter 3 weeks early and she is 6 months now and is starting to eat pureed foods she will eat it and then bring it back up again 10 minutes later. is it wrong to stop feeding her solids and just give her the bottle? please help.

My son was 7 weeks prem, I started him on solids at 4 months...he was a giant baby! born 6 pounds 9 oz, so the docs suggested I treat him as I would a full term...so it really depends.
It sounds like your daughter has a reflux issue, I would suggest this would have little to do with her mild prematurity, but as always, see the doctor and they could prescribe infant antacid which may do the trick, or investigate further if not. Good luck and try and take some time off from being terrified...I wish I had. My son is 11 now and you wouldn't know in a million years he had been that very poorly baby at the beginning of his life.
