My 3 1/2 year old son just had Hypospadias surgery about a month ago and he had some complications a week after the surgery but since then had been doing really good. About a couple of days ago he complained of his penis burning and his bottom burning every time he has to urinate. They have put him on antibiotics for an infection a couple of days ago and he is still complaining of horrible pain.

Does anyone know what this might be. My dr. wants to rule everything else out before having to put him under again or give him another surgery. Please help! This has been such a NIGHTMARE for my son!
