Hi Sarah, our son was born with penoscrotal hypospadias, bifid scrotum and chordee. Stage 1 was more involved than Stage 2. Stage 1 - bifid scrotum "sewn up", chordee removal (not totally successful in my opinion) urethra extended to approx 1/2 way up penis. Stage 2 was extending urethra to the tip. Now 4yrs old stands up to pee - very strong stream towards the right and "baggy urethra" holds urine that he gently squeezes out to limit the drips. Will discuss both the strong stream and drips at next follow up with urologist. All the best, Carmen.
