he was born on september 24th 1986 and st lukes hospital in houston texas. his adoptive parents names are howard & brenda. I named him brent michael harmon they changed his first name to ryan. He was adopted 3 weeks after he was born

Do you have any other information on him or pictures that you can post of him? It is very hard if all you know is that he is 23 and that he lived or lives in Houston Texas. Any more information can go a long way.
