ugh. i still don't have my core strength back...i did a lot of yoga before my ceserean. now every time i think i can get back into a training routine, i end up with a strained abdomen. are there any workout routines catered to recovering from ceserean? i really want a somewhat flat belly back, and just want to feel healthy and strong. between a large appetite due to BFing and inability to workout like i used to, i feel gross and need to lose about 30lbs. any help would be appreciated!
