ugh. i still don't have my core strength back...i did a lot of yoga before my ceserean. now every time i think i can get back into a training routine, i end up with a strained abdomen. are there any workout routines catered to recovering from ceserean? i really want a somewhat flat belly back, and just want to feel healthy and strong. between a large appetite due to BFing and inability to workout like i used to, i feel gross and need to lose about 30lbs. any help would be appreciated!

I have had 3 children and my last was a section. I did find it hard to get core strength back and I am still working on losing about 30 lbs as well and my baby is 3! I do workout everyday, watch what I eat and try really hard. I'm struggling yes, but I have found that I am regaining strength and I have toned alot in my legs just doing Tae bo and also Valeri Bertoneli's workout. I can just say keep trying and you will slowly see results, but don't push to the point where it hurts really bad.

i fell in love with pilates. they have pilates with baby videos. also, i found a lot of youtube videos (sorry if that sounds silly :D) that were catered for getting back your core muscles are a csection. also, your muscles may have separated in your midsection while you were pregnant which from what i understand can take a while to heal from just try to at least do a little of what you can and just slowly build your strength up. hope this helps! goodluck!
