anybody got any advice and tips?

i breast fed my daughter so i lost 2 stone in 5 weeks i wieghed 8 stone before i fell pregnant and at the end my pregnancy i weighed 10.5 stone. i never excersised but breast feeding is excellent to get the baby wieght of id try running or walking and swimming is excellent excersise for you and your baby.

I would start with a laxative tea. They work quickly so stay at home when drinking. This will rid your body of the bowel pounds. Then slowly take meat from your diet. The less meat you eat the less gets stuck in your colon, which helps with regular bowel movements and less weight gain. As you are taking the meat out also take out the dairy. Dairy has a large fat content causing your body to store all over making you gain sizes. Don't eat too many carbs and sweets wile doing this because it can reverse the effect and not help you loose the weight. I went from a size 20 to a size 4 in about 2 months doing this.
I will tell you there is no harm in trying this diet. I feel more energetic and awake on this diet. Do not forget that having a regular workout would truly help with skin. weather your stretched badly with marks or not there will still be extra skin in loosing weight this quickly. Walking and tummy exercises are best but more help the rest of the body.
