I dress them in coordinating outfits. They are also "assigned" a color. When they were newborns we had these cool timers and they had a twin pack. One was green and the other blue. We have continued to use these colors for clothes, jammies, coats, and shoes. Fore a while we actual painted there toe nails in blue or green. One had a birth mark for a while but it went away after 9 months. They are about a 1/2 pound different weight. I can tell if I look at their faces, but have still got it wrong. They are 26 months this week and INTO EVERYTHING--climbing and exploring. J chipped his front tooth when he was about 15 months old and the fail proof one--Bellybuttons. :)

My oldest has always been just a little smaller. He was 4.5lb at birth and his big little brother was 4.15lb. (They are an hour and twenty three minutes apart.) Also Logan the youngest has a spot on his arm. Most people try to guess who is who but get it wrong. I keep them straight most of the time unless their backs are to me and I'm busy doing something else. Personality is totally different also. They will be two in May, and I still get harassed by people if I don't label them in pictures.

Hi! My twins will be 5 years old in May. Already! I can't believe it. One of my boys, Noah, has a very small birthmark on the inside of his knee. His twin, Isaac, had a red toe for the first year. It was caused by enlarged blood vessels and was painless to him. But it sure helped us out for the first year! As they got older there were little things that made it easier for us to tell them apart. I (mom) can tell them apart at least 99% of the time. My husband is not so good at it. :) I used to dress one in prints and the other in solids to help make it easier. Or one always got red and the other blue. That would help especially for others like relatives, teachers, friends etc.

So I did a pre-school run on my twins and they were in the same class and they tried to play it off that they were the other one. My twins are 3 now and growing quick. I also have my little one who just turned 1 this month.

The twins are each 15.6lbs and one is 24" and the other one is 25" and the each have dfferent personalities. though its nice when they wake up at times and are both smiling and cooing at you,,,and believe it or not being patient waiting to be changed and feed. I wish that would happen all the time. From the time they were born on November 2nd 2009 they have been neck and neck with weight and length. Brayden is older by three minutes(the one with the dot) and was 6lbs and 1oz when he was born. Liam(big forhead) was 6Lbs. 4oz when he was born and they were both a little over 19 inches in length. Since they were born they have never weighed the same, they have just been a couple of inches or so with length and weight. Well see how long it take for them to go back to weighing two different weights..lol.

My Identical twins are now three months as of this February the 2nd. There cheecks are starting to both fill out more. They beginning to look more and more alike, if you want to see pictures of them or of my seven year old boy look on facebook page. I can't believe I have three boys. I will say one blessing about my twin boys Brayden and Liam, one has a little bit of a slimer face and one has a mole or freckle on his forhead. Brayden's dot is beginning to go further up on his forhead eventually it looks like its going to go up into his hairline. Me being mom I can still tell them apart with out looking for the dot. Liam still has the bigger forhead. The most adorable thing about Identical twins I've noticed is they sleep the same, when one rolls over to sleep one way shortly afterwards so does the other. I love all of my boys even if the twins are sometimes a handful..lol.

I can tell them apart by personalities but sometimes they will try and be tricky and it is very hard at times. They are the same size.

My twin boys are about 6 or 7 weeks old. And one was born a tad smaller than the other. This is how we tell them apart: Kenneth is just a bit smaller than his younger brother (by a minute) Jakoby.
