my 4 year old twins are always wrestling! - they draw blood almost every day, any tips on calming them down?

Mine are the same way! i did find good advice in the book: Wild Things: The Art of Nuturing Boys.

mine are not that old but i use time out in the corner for my nephews i let them stand and cry for 5 mins in they do the samething again i put them in there room for 10 and then followed by there faviourate toy going
