Choco lava cake
1 tbsp plain flour (maida)
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp milk
a pinch salt
a pinch baking soda
a pinch baking powder
2 tsp melted butter
a chunk of cooking chocolate
Method : Combine the flour, sugar and cocoa powder and sieve well.
Add the salt, baking soda and baking powder and mix well.
Add the butter and mix well.
Add the milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, and mix well to get a smooth batter.
Pour half of it into a microwave safe bowl and push the chunk of chocolate right into the center of the batter.
Top it with the remaining batter, taking care that the chocolate doesn’t protrude out of the batter.
Microwave on HIGH for 1-2 minutes or till cooked.
Keep aside for a minute, unmould and serve plain or with a dollop of vanilla ice cream.
First, using 1-2 potatoes or instant mix: make mashed potatoes and set aside.
Prepare all the ingredients: ¼ onion, 2 garlic cloves, 3/4 ginger, 1-2 green chili peppers, and curry leaves.
Drain 2 cans of tuna (try to get as much of the liquid out, otherwise the cutlet will be soggy).
Into a hot pan, add olive oil and sautee the chopped onions.
Chop up the remaining ingredients using a food processor, add to the onions and continue to sautee.
Add the tuna and cook.
Add in the mashed potato and mix all the ingredients together in the pan.
Remove from heat, allow the mixture to cool.
Roll the mixture into small balls.
Beat 2 eggs and dip each ball into the egg mixture.
Coat each ball with breadcrumbs.
Deep fry the cutlets, 1-2 minutes on each side.
Now they are ready to be eaten, enjoy!

Here's the Spanish Cheese Omelet!
Saute chopped potatoes (small cube-like) along with chopped onions & when it turns a little brown, add a little milk and mix. Now add 2 well beaten Egg and saute well. Add salt. Cook both sides like you would a regular omelet. When its almost done, top the omelet with Cheese shavings or even slices and serve real hot.
This is yum! try it & let me know! :)
