Did you know?

The Danger: Some bath and baby oils contain liquid hydrocarbons, which can cause a serious pneumonia-like condition, irreversible lung damage, and even death if a child aspirates the substance into their lungs.

Safe Strategy: The CPSC requires child-resistant packaging for products containing hydrocarbons. Read labels and store all bath and baby oils out of your child's reach, even if they're in child-resistant packaging. (The same goes for other household and cosmetic products containing liquid hydrocarbons or mineral oil, such as some makeup removers, massage oils, and nail-polish dryers.) "Child-resistant caps don't always keep kids out -- they just slow them down," says Karen Sheehan, MD, an emergency-room physician at Children's Memorial Hospital, in Chicago.

Muslin cloth is just from target in the baby section you uise to swaddle with , oats should be in your local supermarket ours has a good selection so i go with the least processed whole oat , grapeseed oil we also have at the supermarket but Im sure it could also be found in health food stores although olive oil is just as good :D

This is why my kids bath in natural oats wrapped in muslin cloth soaked in the bath to create a oat milk bath , it is wonderful for their skin and literally good enough to eat and i don't use moisteriser i just massage with pure grapeseed oil that is totally natural , contained in a glass bottle and has loads of antioxidants :D

its the mineral oil, it contains polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. the only reason mineral oil and petroleum jelly is in circulation is because when manufacturers made petroleum, their was excess waste, and it was cheaper to package it and sell it than get rid of it. It would have been labeled as a toxic waste so they figured out what to use it for and sold the stuff.......Its also a carcinogen. so it could lead to cancer. I just dont use the shit..in any way shape or form.

Oh i just throw it in the water and give it a couple of squeezes , the cloth the oats are wrapped in are soft enough to actually clean their bodies too , you can also just cut scraps of old cotton T shirts too to wrap the oats in .

do you have to wrap your child in the muslin or do you just throw it in the water? (pardon my ignorance)

P & G is the worst brand you can get IMO. They don't care at ALL> I would bet my life they have harmful ingredients.
