I recently read an article that had a brief comment about how musical preferences can play a a role in the increase in IR.

Do you feel this is true? Why/Why Not? List some of your fave music.

Well for me…it didn’t, im married to a Korean man, and I don’t listen to asian music at all…he on the other hand loves Motown music, and rap…..
I like classical, jazz, Motown, r&b, sum rap, body and soul…..

It could but didn’t play a role in dating an asian man

I think that it could possibly spark curiosity or build an attraction. I do not feel that if you enjoy a certain type of music you will ONLY be attracted to/date someone of the majority race within that genre. I would like to survey this and see if there is any truth in this though.

I listen to all types of music. Mostly Alternative, R&B, Rap, Hip-Hop, Country, Heavy Metal. My faves are The Temptations, Alice in Chains, Pink, Pearl Jam, T.I., Eminem, UGK, Rage Against The Machine & Pantera to name just a few! ;)
