do u find sumtimes u sound like ur parents did wen u were young...i hate dis how do i change this about myself???/i have tryd so hard to b betta buh i alwayz find mtself back were istared.....bein like my mum was.....horrible

It's totally not just you! The truth is that if all you heard were horrible things you weren't given the tools to do the reverse.



I absolutely believe that you're trying not to be like your mom but you're right - it's incredibly hard no matter how hard you try.



You asked how to change this about yourself. What kind of things have you been trying?
