I just found out my son needs glasses. He is far-sighted, one eye being more affected than the other. The optician is worried that he will develop lazy eye if he doesn't use his glasses. Does anyone else have this problem? Has anyone else had difficulty getting your pre-schooler to wear glasses?

my dd has had them since she was 2, we did patching for about 6 months to strengthen the weak eye. She has done awesome with her glasses. when she first got them i spent a day of bribery with teddy grahams and tv. All i can say is talk them up and think positive.
