This is very specific! Its great to have structure and order, especially with multiple kids, my kids are 2, 4 and 5 and without order we'd loose our minds! However, assigning exact time to each activity adds extra stress in my opinion, and makes you feel like you're rushing. For me, having specific times for the big things (lunch, nap, dinner...) and then filling in the extra time works much better, that way if the book you're reading at story time is great and the kids want to keep reading, you don't feel like you're messing up your schedule. It also makes it easier on your kids when their routine is interrupted by a birthday party, or an emergency, etc.

i think the times an actives are to close. I also have a 4 & 2 year old BOYS. they should also have a 2-3 hr. nap period between 12-3. it works great for days im home with my 2 boys and when i watch some guys twins who are 22 months.
