My daughter and I like to make cards for our friends and relatives. I let her use stamps and stickers on the cards, and sometimes glitter.

She also really likes music. She drums on anything we'll allow her to, and sometimes we put on ballet music and do dances for each other .

my daughter loves art projects. i will print out a color sheet let her color it and then maybe add googly eyes or pasta hair something like that. You could try making cookies with them too.

My son loves to help me cook, I will let him stir the bowl or poor the ingriedients in for me. He also likes helping me throw the laundry in the wash. It can sometimes make more work, but he enjoys it. We love to play hide and go seek and build a tent out of blankets and furniture. When we do that, I make it like were camping in the wilderness and theirs lions outside our tent. It builds imagination and he loves when I make the lion noise. We also love to dance around the house together, its sooo much fun. Whatever you do, as long as your involved your child will LOVE IT!

my kids like pbskids.org. LOTS of great games for 3 year olds on there. we do that maybe a half hour a day. otherwise it's a LOT of reading, playdoh, coloring, playground, errands, food, the usual.

depends on the kid. my son is 3 and a half and doesn't really care to color or paint like my daughter did. but he will play the Wii or Nintendo DS all day if I let him. He loves helping with cleaning-loading the washing machine, unloading the dishwasher, wiping off the table. Play-doh is great, I just make him clean up his mess, any sort of building blocks will keep him busy for hours. we found wooden cut-out stuff at Micheals, he loves coloring on them...oh, and puzzles! he loves puzzles. and swimming. when all else fails take thm to go outside and do something that will use up energy, go eat and then nap! gives you a break to! =)

anything that engages them, encourages imagination and motor skill,or being active, play dough, blocks, playgrounds, puzzles, bubble blowing, chalk on the footpath, listening to stories, "helping" mum do anything at all, just go with what catches their intrest and have fun with it.
