Our daughter is 3 yrs 8 months and is 3' 9 1/2" and wears 7/8 clothes. She's quite a bit taller than most other kids her age. Maybe not Wendy's son, though! Funny--same age and height!

My DS is 3 years 8 months and is 45 1/2" Tall and 42lbs in weight the tallest 3 year old ever huh!
Myself and dad are both 5"10 Tall

My son is 4 and just hit 30 lbs! He's always been in the 10% for height n weight just like his older brother who is 7 and just hit 40 lbs! As long as they grow at a consistent rate for themselves there's no need to worry!

My little monster turns 3 in one week. she is about 27.5 pounds and 37" (3' 1") at last doc appt last month. we will find out for sure on Monday.

She is the same weight as her cousin who just turned 2 last week, but is at least 6-8 inches taller.

it's impossible to find her clothes. 12-18 month for weight, but 3T for height.

My son was 42 inches and 42 lb at his 3 year check up back in August. He is not over weight at all he is solid as a rock and bigger then most of the 4 yearolds in his preschool class.

She sounds pretty good sized to me! I don't know my four year old daughter Laura's latest weight and height. She wears 24m or 2T pants for length but they slide down easily! We've got some 18-24 month gerber training pants that still easily fit, too. Sort of silly, since she's been using the toilet for over a year without help.

@ Crystal, I have knock knees also, my husbands likes to make fun of the way i walk, he says i walk like a dinosore. But im getting better about walking. I think my daughter will also have it :(

My Son will be three on April 10th, 2012. He only weighs 25lbs. He is a healthy eater, lots of fruits, veggies, dairy, etc. My son is right at 3 feet tall I believe. We have no short people in our family. Both he and his dad are on the slim side, but that is mainly contributed to being healthy and active people. He also is very knock kneed. To the point where he complains about his knees hurting daily. I'm also at a loss for what to do.

My daughter is short too.. My daughter will be 4 years old in January and she is currently on her 9th percentile. She should be with the 80% but isn't. Doctors tell me it's because she has short people in her family. My mom is 4'9" and my sister is 4'11".

My 3 year old born on January 3rd 2008 is 54 lbs and about 43 inches tall... He's always been so big, he looks like a 5 year old!! Don't worry, all kids come in different shape and sizes! :)

do not worry they all grow differently my son will be 3 a week after xmas and he is 24lbs and in the 5th percentile. ht was always a small baby so the doc says theirs nothing to worry about

My son turned 3 August 22 2011. He is about 38 inches tall and weighs 29 pounds. we had to start him on one pediasure a day because he is a picky eater and doesnt like most foods some days he doesnt even eat dinner. My pediatrician syas he is fine and if he doesnt eat dinner try giving him another pediasure just so he gets the nutrients.

My daighter is really small also, she weighes about 26 lbs and she is 38 inches tall. she is really skinny and tall. he brother is 2 years younger than her and he weights 4 lbs less than her. Were you small as a child?

My son is three and a half and growing like a weed, eating everything that isn't tied down. While he is rather big, he is not fat. People seem to get that misconception when I tell them how big he is. he is broad in the shoulders, and thick, not even chubby. Currently, he is 44 inches tall and weighs about 60 pounds. He wears 5T and 6T, depending upon the style of clothing. His shoe size is 12 but with winter coming on, he will be going up a half size to a full size. Needless to say, he is a mini giant LOL

I thought my son was too skinny but the doctors say his weight is fine so if the doctors or health visitor's aren't concerned then I wouldn't be.

My son is 3 and almost 4 next month. He is in size 2 and 3 clothing, he was always small for his age, just the last year he has some growth spurts. For the longest time up to a year ago he was only in 18 to 24 months clothes, but now he is fitting in size 2 nicely and a little bit in size three, his father worries, but I say time will tell. You never know. His dad is 5'7, but his dad's natural father was 6'3, my family is a mixture of tall and short( like really short) and average height. So I say time will tell. :)

My Little Girl turned three on June 2 of last year, she is 39 inches tall and 40 lbs. I know there are growth charts, I believe each Baby has their own little personality so its okay to be short, tall, chunky, or skinny.

Mine turns 4 January 8th. She's tall and lean; so much so the doctor actually asked me if she was eating well at our last appointment. I guess her BMI (which is a new measurement for children, at least to me) was only the 10th percentile. She is 38" and weighs 31 pounds; most of which I think is in her head ;)
