Likes Whole Milk from a bottle, but not a cup

He has no problem drinking from a cup, but if you give him milk, he just spits it out. However, if you give him milk in a bottle, he downs it. Any ideas?

I just got over this problem with my 3 year old.  He would drink anything else out of a cup, but when I gave him whole milk, it had to be in a bottle.  I just got tired of it and took away his bottle cold turkey, then he has no choice.  It's only been 3 days now, and he's using the cup for his milk.  Hope this helps, I know cold turkey isn't always easy.
