it started a few weeks ago she totally freaks out she screams she pulls away i manage to get it on then she pulls on ot to get it off and chokes herself!! pants and nappy are fine but when it comes to tops, dresses she freaks have no idea why any idea how to show her there nothihng to be scared of?? we haven tried showing her that we all have to put tops over our heads

Is she ok with button up tops? As with anything with this age, it will probably pass if she is distracted for a while. Try the button ups and focus on her dexterity and praise her ability to do the buttons. She'll probably forget about the fear by the time you try putting a top over her head again.

Try letting her dress herself. That's my only suggestion. My son could put on his own shirt before he was 2, so she should be able to do it.
