any time i have given my son cows milk he gets an awful chesty cough and has to get up phlegm! does anyone have any idea what this is?

Had a similar problem, plus eczema as well, moving to a lactose free milk cleared them both up.

he probably is allergic. maybe to the protein. try goats milk.

it could be lactose intollerance there are a couple of different milks available so try them!!
you could also try formula it can be quite costly but it may work!
maybe if you dont want to try those you could always take him to the doctors and see what they say or maybe a child health nurse
