my daughter is 2 1/2 and has had no problem going to bed in the past. as soon as it would hit her bed time for her nap or for the night i would just tell her its bed time and she would walk up the stairs and say night night and lay in bed after we brushed her teeth. now all of a sudden last week she started throwing a fit whenever we tell her its time for bed. she refuses to lay in her bed but i just put her in her room and shut the door and listen. she will run into the door and start kicking it and throwing anything she can. im not sure exactly why she is doing this but im pretty sure its because i just had her little brother 3 weeks ago. i am trying to spend alot of time with her and have her help me as much as possible with her brother so she doesnt feel left out. does anyone have any advice on how to get her to stop throwing these fits? and she usually falls asleep within half a hour of her goign into her room.
