Has anyone used the Kolcraft Double stroller? I like that I can change the seats to a couple different directions, that I can fit my toddler and soon to be newborn in it, and that it seems easy to use. Anyone have any opinions about it? I'm not a jogger so don't see the need to spend the money on a Bob, City Jogger, or Bumbleride (unless someone convinces me I need it). Any help would be great.

The Kolcraft is extremely heavy. when i had two toddlers in it and i tried to travel from the street to the sidewalk i wasn't able to raise it the 4 inches to get to the sidewalk because its so heavy. And Babies R Us wouldn't let my friend return it after she used it for a week and realized how difficult it was to use.

I have the new one, I love it besides that if the toddler is in front that its much harder to turn than my BOB. Then again all double tandoms do right? I love the options to change everything, the cupholders are great, the amaterial is nice, super easy to put together and seems pretty sturdy. Its defiantly worth the price but it is a load that doesn't fold up to small. IF you have the money get the Baby Jogger City Select I liked the turning radius on that one.

my kiddos are 21 months apart and I got the Kolcraft Contours 2 and I LOVE it!!! It is super easy to steer and my now 22 month old can get in and out of the seat on his own when I'm holding my infant. He loves it and is very comfortable when we go for walks. He asks to ride in his "strower" all the time!! I love being able to keep him facing my while we walk b/c we keep up a conversation about what we see as where when he faces forward we hardly talk at all b/c he is so far ahead of me!!

We bought the Kolcraft because it was the only double stroller that would fit in the trunk of our compact car and we LOVE IT! Nothing bad to say about it.

I love this stroller. I have twins and it works really well. I found it online and liked that I could reposition the seats. I couldn't find one in the store that I could "play with", but did play with the graco duo glider and didn't care for it. I did some research on this stroller and most comments and reviews were positive for it, plus I liked that it didn't look like your typical double stroller. It folds up easily to fit into the trunk, though on a chevy malibu, it takes up pretty much the entire trunk not leaving much to spare. But overall would recommend this stroller to anybody with twins or two kids close in age. It keeps mine occupied to be facing each other as they ride. I have no complaints about this stroller, and the cost was under $200 on Target.com (I bought this about 2 years ago). Good luck!!

I also bought the Graco Duo Glide it's really affordable, think i paid less than $200 on it, new and my daughters fit comfortably in it. my youngest is 8 months old and my oldest almost 2 years old, I've had it for about 5 months, and I'm really happy with it, it closes really small, even smaller than my evenflo single one, so it fits comfortably in the trunk. It's easy to maneuver and even the front seat reclines. I recommend it to anyone.

I absolutly LOOOOOOOOOOVE mine. i got the kolcraft contours 2! which solves all the problems people had with the red version. Its fantastic. my kids are 16 months apart. daughter loves it and my sons car seat fits in nice and secure. i take it jogging to the beach. its sturdy durable and amazing. I've had it for 7 months and have had zero problems. the storage underneath is amazing!! I packed to diaper bags a cooler a large beach blankets 3 kid blankets 2 jackets and 2 stuffed animals and a bag of snacks and drinks into it easy peazy. I love it. and even better? It fits into the back of my itty bitty mazda 3 trunk!!!!! i can even tuck a few groceries into it easily while its in the trunk. EVERY other stroller i tried did not do this. and its light. yes you hav eto remove the seats for optimum folding but it still takes less than a minute to get into teh trunk when your not trying to heave a 70 pound tandom into a tight space. I love it light and easy and simple durabel and amazing. i highly reccomend the kolcraft countours tandem 2. you can find it by searching in google and pulling up the wlamrt site. (for some reason when you just search it into walmart site it doesn't show up) I love it best ever!!!!

I LOVE IT! My girls are 15 months apart so a double was necessary. This is one of the only strollers that I found that fit my Chicco car seat. I love all of the seating options although I haven't used them yet-I'm still using the car seat adaptor. If fits in the back of my Acadia with the 3rd row up, and it's not too heavy (granted any double is going to be a bit on the hefty side). The only drawbacks 1) no cup holders. This was solved by purchasing a stroller cup holder attachment for $5. 2) to fold properly I have to take the car seat adaptor off. This only takes about 30-45 extra seconds, but was annoying at first. Now that I've gotten used to it, it's no biggie. I definitely recommend it!

My two are 8mos apart and I really wanted one of these but they don't seem to sell them in NZ and rarely come up on the second hand market, I have tried 3 other styles of double pram a) side by side; too wide for alot of doorways which was very annoying b) front and back (front had less reclining options); was ok but quite bulky and the heavier the kids got the harder it was to push around 3) sport buggy with a toddler seat; also quite bulky and toddler seat didn't recline so my daughters head would flop about when she fell asleep .. I still think I would rather have got the Kolcraft .. or there was another one called the Marco Sky that also looked great, but was out of my price range! Don't know if that helps any.
