Hello all,

Just a simple question. My little man has now started 3 meals a day and I was wondering what ideas people have for lunches. I try to give him a varied diet so was just hoping for some new ideas, especially as he moves into finger food.

my son loves an avacado sandwich on wholemeal bread. either that or a piece of fruit.

My little girl LOVES unsalted saltines and cheese and then bread cheese and boiled chicken (like a small bite-sized sandwich), but not together of course. She also eats plan pasta with tomato paste or puree (like spaghetti) with ground turkey or beef (93% or higher), the canned cooked carrots (washed to get more of the salt off) and boiled chicken with plain pasta or pasta and sliced cheese. Canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans) ground into hummus on crackers with chicken or turkey. Just a few ideas. She is 8 months by the way.
