The molars are the worst, there has been a lot of drooling and pain with these.

My little guy turned 1 on 1/1/10, and he has 4 top front teeth, 4 bottom front teeth, two bottom molars and two top molars, crazy!

my little girl turned a year 2 days ago and she cut her first molar about 2 weeks ago but she already had all her 8 front teeth in by november...she had a much harder time with the molar than the others and it took about a month to cut through. it's still not quite all the way.

My daughter will be one next week and has 4 molars. She got her first molar in at around 9.5 or 10 months old and has continued ever since. The only teeth she does not have are her incisors (the fangs) and the far back molars. Other then that she has a full mouth of chompers (the better to bite you with she says!) The teething of the molars is absolutely awefull! Not sleeping well, being very very grouchy, not really eating much. I am so glad it is almost over.

My daughter has her 8 incisors, 1 lower molar fully broke through, and 1 top molar really working it's way, but taking it's sweet time!

My son is getting his top two molars and like wise it is just awful. He has has 4 on top and two on bottom and the two molars coming in are on the top. I look in his mouth and his gums are bulging and purple like they are bruised. I hope they come through soon. Hope you babies come quickly too.

My son just turned one last week. He has 4 top teeth and 4 bottom and I noticed black and blue marks on each side of his gums where the first molar is after the fangs that are not there yet. I took him to the doctors and they said it was blood vessels at the surface the molars should be coming in soon. I agree this is way worse then the other teeth. Poor babies:(

My daughter already has 9 teeth....4 on top and 5 on the bottom. She is cutting 3 molars now at the same time. One on the top and one on each side of the bottom. She was fine with the other teeth but these have been awful! Trouble sleeping, pain, and sooo much drooling. I hope they come through soon! Good luck with your babies!!!

hi my two are one and have got molars coming through you can feel the swelling on the gum where it is pushing through the bone to get to the gum they are great in them selves just a few sicky times in last wk so that the sign that it will push up soon enough they have 4 front at the top and to front at the bottom if you google babies teething loads of great pages on info they cut the 8 molars from 12-17 months and are fully formed with routes around 28 -36 months but not to worry was they pop up the painfull bit is over for them x

my mother works with a dentist and she told me that them wanting to chew on the back jaw is just them going through the discomfort of their jaw forming to allow those teeth to start mivgrating up but it is very rare for them to get a moral before one.
