He will only take biscuits/bread or anything that taste sweet. He doesnt like to eat potato or anything that are not sweet. So night time before he goes to sleep i would add a little of baby cereal into his milk to make him sleep better. But then he still cries in the middle of the night. Wonder when will he take in normal food??

No to honey under age two. It can cause botulism.
My advice is, give him access to lots of different foods, but don't make an issue of eating. It's never good to power struggle with your kids. Give him lots of opportunities to try eating lots of different foods, and when he's hungry, he'll eat.

sounds like you need to talk to your pediatritian. he needs more variety in his food or he wont be getting all of the daily vitamins and minerals he needs.
maybe try letting him dip foods into sweet things. (applesauce maybe?) or honey?
but he really needs to learn that not all foods are sweet. its ok to have a preference for sweet foods, he just cant survive off of JUST sweet foods though.
