My little girl ended up with yeast infectio.

My daughter had a yeast infection after the first antibiotic she ever had. The doctor had me put Lotrimin on it and then diaper rash cream. This cleared it up within a couple days. Lotrimin is an antifungal cream for feet, but it did work. But now I feed her a yogurt everyday and she loves it!

I would suggest seeing your doctor regarding it, just to make sure it's a yeast infection and not anything else, and see what treatment options he/she may recommend. Other than that, yogurt (the acidophilu/probiotics) will help. Good luck.

If you have a health store near by I would recommend going there and the employees usually know a lot about natural healing. Also, you can check out this website: http://herbs.lovetoknow.com/Yeast_Infect...
Their are actually a lot of things you can treat natually instead of going to a Doctor. For example, I've successfully treated my oldest boy's ear ache without going to the doctor when he was a baby. And he hasn't had anymore ear aches since! :) I've heard of a few different moms that take their babies to the doctor for treatment of ear aches and they give their babies the antibiotics and they actually get more ear aches... Anyway good luck and I hope this helps. =)

Our doctor gave my daughter Nystatin and also recommended that I feed her a cup of yogurt everyday to help ward against yeast infections. Luckily Mia ended up really loving the Yobaby yogurt so it not only serves a purpose but is a nice healthy snack for her everyday.
