Rosy cheeks

My son Evan is 19 weeks old and showing major signs of teething (everything constantly in his mouth, drooling, crankiness etc...). This morning he woke up and his cheeks were as rosy as can be and stayed that way all day. He doesn't have a fever because that is the first thing that I thought of and I checked him for one all day. Does anybody know if rosy cheeks are just a sign of teething or is it a sign that he has a fever or a cold coming on?

My daughter gets rosy cheeks all the time as well! I heard it can be a sign of teething. When she's over excited, she gets them too. Her cousin is the same way. It's sooo cute though!

Its a sign of teething. My oldest would get rosy cheeks when ever a tooth was getting close to coming out. He still getting teeth and has rosy cheeks every time a tooth is coming.
