There is not much you can do, really. Once your child is forward facing, there is no option to have the seat reclined safely. Your only option would be to put your son rear-facing again or trying to find a support pillow of some sort
Good Luck, Diana!

the recline option on the carseat is a not to be used when driving. if you are sitting stationary that is fine but whatever you do DO NOT RECLINE WHILE DRIVING!!! this is so so dangerous because the angle of the seat is incorrect, god forbid you get into an accident- the baby could be seriously hurt.

If it doesn't have any support at all for his head you can buy one of those U-shaped pillows to put around his neck. It will keep his neck supported and keep his head from flopping too far to the side.
Can you recline the seat at all? I know my daughter's seat has 2 or 3 settings, it leans back just enough so her head doesn't fall forward every time she sleeps.

If it has a moveable headrest try to move it oout of the way so he can lean back a little. That really helps my daughter be more comfortable
