Any recommendations on anything else I can do. I feel so sorry for her. My poor lil one. I feel useless. I do give her Tylenol twice a day. The doc says to not use Motrin until she is 6 months which is like 2 more weeks.

I give my baby a frozen wash cloth or they have teething pasifiers that I would put in the freezer works pretty good but then I wouldnt be sure I didnt know she was teething till I found out she already had 2 little teeth like a month and a half ago.

My doc said to rub children's benadryl on her gums...it seems to help a little...my doc also said not to use orajel because it can numb the gag reflex...frozen burp cloths seem to help too

baby orajel doesn't work on the little ones! i go to school for dental assisting and i have learned that babies don't take the orajel because when they start teething they produce so much saliva they end up swallowing it. the teething tablets are the best for now.

My 5mth does not like Orajel either. I have been using Hyland teething tablets. They calm him down and seem to be helping him go back to sleep. Hope this helps.

my DD hate orajel as well. Sometimes since i know it works good i use it anyways, but have you tried it? It tastes funny and feels weird. I use the teething tabs usually adn DD doesn't mind them adn they seem to help instantly. also chewing a clean burp cloth seems to help her.

Good luck!
