Hi there all you Super Mamas!
I'm about to try Baltic Amber Teething Necklaces on my little miss 17mos & little man 9 mos. I've read that there are healing properties within the amber that are released with the warmth of the skin as work as a natural pain relief and apparently can help with other ailments, such as eczema.
I know of and have tried many other treatments; oral gels, ice, teething toys, pamol etc with mixed results so am not looking for teething solutions rather I'm just curious as to the results and opinions that other mums have regarding Baltic Amber.

got my son one at 9months old and i can't recommend them enough it was an absolute life saver .. it was brilliant for the first few months .HOWEVER after while it wasn't as effective had to use calprofen and everything as well .. i eventually took it off him at about 14months (he'll be 16month on 28th) and now his teddy (iggle piggle) wears it. he used to look super cute in it too!
he used to wear it 24/7 too as obviously teethings worse at night so why take it off to loose the effect .. though he wore it round his ankle at night (under a sleepsuit, under a sock, slipper whatever)

Teething does seem to be much easier with the necklaces then without. And, if nothing else, they're really cute.
