LeeAnna, my daughter is having "similar" issues. I just had my son in April and she started potty training soon after. She took to it great in the beginning and was doing fab until we took the pacifier away about a month ago. Then she backslid to where she acted like she didn't know what was going on at all. We're talking around 10 accidents daily, pooping in her pants, etc. I was getting so frusturated because I know she can do it and she'd been in underwear so I felt like I couldn't put her back into anything else which has been a bear to clean up! Today we finally had a break through with the use of a new toy that she LOVES. We have an upcoming family reunion trip and I told her spiderman (the new toy) was watching and said he would only come if she put all her poopies and peepies in the potty. So far we've had no accidents. Maybe you could try something along those lines? Or even offering her potty treats (not sure if you did that first go-round) for everytime she goes in the potty to help her get back on track. I hope this helps at least a little and i know how frusturated you are so I'm hoping she gets back on track for you soon!
