Any words yet?

Chloe is saying Dada and an occasional Mama. She also says nana (food), dora (believe it or not) and keee (kitty). LOL She has been walking since her 11th month. I know shes doing good, but my oldest was walking when she was 9 months and knew primary colors by the time she was 1. Might sound crazy, but i thought it would be the same for Chloe and thats not exactly the case. Every baby is different i guess :)

Ethan will be one on the 26th, he says Dada, first it took him almost 2 months more for Mama and dat. Which is that. No walking yet just cruising. Although he's starting to let go of stuff. And of course a bunch of other babbles that I'm sure mean something to him, we just haven't figured it out yet.

At the moment we have a few words - Dad, DadDY (very excited to see dad), bubba, duck, oof (woof like a dog but she can't sound the w), Wahsat? (what's that?), OOOOOO (I like that and want to touch it), Hey! (hello), poo (poo's), boo, kitTY (let me play with kitty, kitty likes me!).

Mine talks nonstop... daddy, mommy, ba, no, duh, yes, wat, wuv, done, ouch, uppy, kitty, poppy, and a few others. He picks up on everything he hears. It is hard since my husbands family likes to swear infront of him (he already picked up on the s**t word).

Mom, Da Da, Duck, Dog, Up, Clap, Ki Cat (kitty cat), Baby, Frog, us at (what's that) and I think Ba Ba for bottle although this is inconsistent. She started saying Dog a couple of months ago, mind you we had two full grown huskies and 5 puppies, so everywhere she looked there was a Dog. Every baby is different and will develop at there own rate. Just keep talking to them.

Maddie isn't saying anything yet. She makes a lot of sounds and says dada and mama but they aren't directed at us in particular. I'm hoping she will talk soon. She is pretty vocal. She was born with a tongue tie but had it clipped early on.

My little man has been saying dad-dad, mum-mum and nan-nan for a few months now. Then he went onto say Bop (Pop) about one month ago. He had a tongue tie division 2 weeks ago, and the day after his operation he said Nute (my sister's nickname), Jas (my niece's name), Mil Mil (my nephew) and Teddy! When we started cheering he looked at us like we were idiots. I think he thought he had been saying those words all along! In the past two days he has started saying Baby and Tea (as in evening meal). My mum says I was a real chatterbox by 12 months so he must be going to take after me!

"Mum" "Daddy" "Boo" "Nan" "Buddha" (might be brother?) "Bub" "Bo" (thinking bottle?)
"Boo" is the cutest, she pulls clothes or blankets over her head when she says it :)
Ashley - no walking here without holding the furniture, but last night I put her on the floor standing up, her 3 year old sister came over and handed her something and I let her go... she stood alone for about 10 secs, realised no-one was holding her and squatted down and onto her knees :D

Well Sadie when she was born was tongue-tied. She just got her tongue clipped around 8 months old. So she is now just learning what she can do with her tongue. (ie. raspberries, babbling, sticking it out.) She does say Mama, Da, BaBa.
