Caio moves a lot!!! Is it normal?
He changes position a lot and I was wondering if that wakes him up/doesn't let him sleep deep.

Mine moves non-stop, I can hear him through the monitor. He still wakes up usually once a night - although the last week or so he has been getting better with not waking up (knock on wood). I don't know if it is his tossing and turning that wakes him up? But to answer your question, yes I think it is normal.

My little girl moves a lot too. She's a year old now and it has never seemed to stop the deep sleep. I've actually gone in her room and watched her and she one time actually sat up with her eyes open staring at nothing really then layed back down. She was asleep the entire time. lol When she was younger I know she would wake up sometimes but move around and go back to sleep. I really don't think it effected her rest though at all.

Yes my daughter moves around a lot in her sleep. But it doesn't seem to wake her up - or if it does she puts herself back to sleep.

I don't see my son sleep anymore because he's ina different room and what not now but I know he used to always change position it dind't always wake him up completely though it was kind of like sleep walking but just changing his position. I would think they may not be in a deep sleep but I'm certainly no sleep expert. I figure if he wakes up rested then it's not an issue but if you notice he's "sleeping" for awhile but wakes up looking or acting unrested then maybe it is interferring with the quality of sleep.

What is normal anyways...I don't think there's a consensus on normal so normal is whatever is normal with you for your family so don't worry too much :D Just keep an eye on noticing his quality of sleep and judge if it's an issue based on that! Best of luck!
