My son was really into Scooby Doo for a long time, but now he is head-over-heels for Toy Story....Anything with Woody or Buzz on it and he goes nuts...We have recently transitioned his bedroom from his crib and Noahs ark theme to Bunk Beds with Toy Story......Do any moms out there have any special characters that their little ones just love? Question straight out of curiosity...I think it is so cute how he goes nuts and says "Woody!" every time he sees him!

Cars..we just turned his room into a big boy cars room. everytime he goes to bed he grabs his pillow and says carcars.. the cutest thing. Also the movie..he will sit through that entire movie without a peep. Is that bad..when i have a rough day with him and his bro and i need quiet time (usually when the newborn is napping) i say lets watch carcars and he will just sit. its great

My son loves the Backyardigans particularly Pablo, he lights up any time he sees him and he sleeps with his little ty Pablo we got him from the live show we went to! He also loves Blues Clues and he sings the song with them and does the actions I think it's cute...when he wants to watch Blues Clues he says Boo Coo and flashes his hands beside his head like they do in the song!

Right now, she is REALLY into Mickey and Minnie Mouse. She goes around saying "oh toodles!" it's pretty cute. I let her pick one show to watch a day, and she always picks Mickey.

My daughter LOVES Dora, that's probably her favorite. She also loves all the characters from Seasame Street, the Princesses, and Shrek. She's never really watched the Shrek movies, but lately she's been seeing him EVERYWHERE and always ask me who he is. Now she picks up everything with him on it and says Shrek.

Noah had several Sesame Street books and came to love the characters - not knowing it was even a show! He hasn't really ever wanted to watch TV, he just loved to read books ALL the time! So he was hooked on Elmo and Ernie...then while I was gone one day, my husband went to sesamestreet.com and showed him Elmo clips, and now he's totally addicted to Elmo videos! All he says all day long is, "Watch Elmo...Watch Ernie...watch Burt....watch Grover...watch Big Bird..." etc.! So now I just let him watch them on the weekends! He has a very addictive personality already and freaks out when he can't watch something, so I try to limit it so that the addiction doesn't get out of control! lol

My son used to love Barney. I am not his biggest fan. But this was background noise in our house for hours. Lately though, he has happily switched to Elmo. Even I love the little red guy. :)

My 3 1/2 yo loves Cars - especially Lightening McQueen and Dora and Diego. When we first started toilet trailing him, he wanted Dora knickers! (we did manage, eventually, to get him to pick Diego ones though) My almost 2 yo loves Thomas the Tank Engine and anything about boats. I now have a 3month daughter- weill be interesting to see what she clings too :)

My first son was all about Thomas the Train! By two and a half he could say the six main characters and tell them apart! My 22 month old really doesn't have any preferences. He is more into copying words than recognition right now. It will be really intresting to see what he prefers first.
