my little girl just squeezed in as a july baby 31/07/2008 at 9.40pm and she has just started sitting in the last 3 days she is rocking on all fours and has been saying bub and mum for about a month

my son is 7 months and is crawling sitting can sit himself up pull himself up onto stuff walks with help has two bottom teeth which came just be christmas says mum when hes upset and a heap of other stuff  its real hard to sit him on the floor as he likes to be on his feet

My 7 month old sits, says mama, dada, baba, feeds herself a few things (bread), is sleeping through the night (yey!!). However she does not ROLL! LOL or crawl or anything else. She is my 3rd so I am fine with that.

Hi there.  I feel a little left out.  All your babies seem to be doing so much!!  My daughter is 7 and a half months old and as yet, she can't sit on her own for very long at all, she is not crawling although is showing a slight interest and does not have any teeth!

She does however show a keen interest in rolling around the floor to get to things she wants and she does clap hands, wave, says 'mama', 'dada' and is starting to say 'goggie' (doggie!!)

Why??!!  She has plenty of tummy time to encourage her to crawl and she has plenty of toys laid out but all of your babies are sooo advanced!!!!

My daughter has been sitting since she was 5 months, and rolling back to tummy since 2.5 months, and tummy to back since 4 months.  She doesn't crawl yet, but rocks on her hands and knees and takes 'crawling steps' with her hands until she moves too far for her legs to support her and flops onto her tummy, it's cute but frustrates her! She can pull up to standing now, and stand holding onto something for a minute or two.  She has learned to scoot on her bum a little bit, but does it more in excitement than to get around! She can say 'mama', 'dada', 'baba', uh uh', 'uh huh' 'mm hmm' and says 'neh' (meaning 'no')...she got her two bottom teeth together at 6 months!

My girl is sitting up really well - has been for about a month and a half. She isn't crawling yet though - she tries!  She doesn't roll a lot either. She started rolling from her back to her tummy at around 3 months but doesnt like rolling from her tummy to her back - she can though. She pivots on her tummy all around the living room and kind of scoots backwards.

My 6 1/2 month old daughter has 4 teeth and just started crawling about a week ago. I've heard her say "mama' when she's fussy, but she still just babbles most of the time.

My little girl is to be 7 months at the end of the month, she's been sitting for about a month, rolling since she was 6wks old, and has just begun crawling. She has 2 teeth, with another 6 almost breaking the surface (and cranky!!!), and has been saying bubba, dad, tann(her brother), hey, and hello for a couple of wks (last 3 only recently), but of course, no MUM yet!!! She is so full of energy, and absolutely love swimming!! She's been blowing raspberries for ages (and makes a huge mess when she does this during dinner time), and started waving and smacking her lips together (like kisses) within the last week. I also cannot believe how fast this last 7 months has gone. Why is it always longer when your preg, and it flies once they're born??!!

My daughter has 2 bottom teeth and is teething like crazy right now. She's just about to crawl, we're cheering her on every day. She's been sitting well since 4 1/2 months, right around the time she got her first tooth. She doesn't talk a lot, but she says hoh! and woh! all the time. She also has said mama, muh - sometimes when she hungry LOL, mehm, and wah wah wah and a few other sounds, but no D's yet. One thing that she has been doing is trying to make a poping sound with her lips. It's so cute!

My son turned 7 months on the 7th and he started to crawl on Monday... it is so exciting. He has 6 teeth, 2 on bottom and 4 on top. he cut his first teeth when he was 2 months old, and he did them at the same time as eachother.. poor baby never knew pain before that.

My son crawled at 5.5 months, has been sitting unassisted for a month of two (he's too squirmy to sit long enough for us to know when he was able to do it), pulls up on everything, climbs stairs, has 2 bottom teeth with another 2 about to come in, and cruises along the couch.

My 7 month old loves to eat solid foods. She'll eat anything we put in her mouth. She's been sitting well for a couple months also. She just began really rolling a lot in the past week. Her first tooth broke thru on January 21. She says da-da-da, bu-bu-bu, and this week finally started with ma-ma-ma. She's on the verge of crawling. I told her this morning to stop growing and just stay a baby. The time is flying by. I don't know how, but my son is already 5 1/2.
