i started giving Mora milk with the formula as most do....sometimes however I'g give her all milk instead. she is still gettin used to it she has mostly milk alone now. She'll have only milk for good next week. I started this about 3 wks ago.

I was told by another mom that she put an oz of chocolate milk in with the bottle of regular milk. Her daughter took it no problem and then she decreased the chocolate milk till it was just all regular. I'm having issues transferring my daughter over but I think it has more to do with the fact that she's used to room temp water for her formula and the milk is stone cold. I am going to try that first, but need to search for organic powdered milk too. Then the "milk" can be room temp, keep longer, store better and be just a shake n mix away. :)

start by putting 3 oz of milk in and then rest with formula then if he is doing good with that then start to do half and half and so on.

I started with having it on his cereal and then added one bottle of milk and one of formula until the formula ran out. He is now solely on milk and has had no reactions to it yah!!

I started all my kids by giving cows milk in their morning cereal. I didn't offer milk as a drink until after they were 12 months. DD2 had bad diarrhoea after having cows milk in a cup so I gave her watered down milk and only limited drinks for months after she turned one. My older 2 went straight from formula to cows milk once they turned one and had no problems. I'm thinking of putting DD3 on toddler milk before cows milk, and that won't be for another month when she turns one as well.
