My daughter (born July 2) has her front 2 bottom teeth that have broken the surface. One for a week, the other 2 weeks. How long does it take for the whole tooth to come in?

My daughter born July 23rd/08 has zero teeth and I don't feel anything coming yet! When my son was this age he already had 2. Every baby is different, thats all.

My daughter was born july 11th and has half of her first bottom tooth. I have to say it does look funny looking at one lonesome tooth in her mouth. When I wake up with her at night I tell her that the pain will be worth it...she can enjoy so many foods with those little teeth soon. If only she understood what I was saying.

Nothing yet! We keep thinking maybe this is it, because she has symptoms, but it turns out to be nothing. I keep wondering when it will happen too! I was 1 year before I had any teeth, we are hoping she doesn't do the same. She can gum it like a pro, however! She eats crackers ,cheerios, and she absolutely loves those biter biscuits. So I guess we just have to keep waiting!

My daughter was born on July 30th and she does not have any teeth.  She drools uncontrollably though and loves to chew on everything!  It's been two months of this!  I keep thinking....one day she will wake up and have teeth!

My son was born on July 31st and got both of his bottom teeth when he was 5 months old (he was teething for a long time before they actually came through). I suspect he is getting more as he has started drooling again!

wow thank u everyone for ur responsesits nice to see there are a few other 9th july babys in the group :) its also really nice to hear about everbodys experiences. just to report lacey has finally has her second tooth poking through tho her first 1 is still a half but im sure it will come up eventually. well done to all those babys with lots of teeth i was amazed good luck everybody and thank u once again xx

My son born July 27 has 5 teeth. He got the bottom two at six months and a month later got the first one on the top and then last week 2 more on the top. The bottom teeth seem to have come alot easier than the top teeth.

WOW my twins were born July 9th too!! One of mine has two bottom teeth breaking through and my other nothing yet. We are doing pretty good not too much fuss just the rosie cheeks and lots of drool!!

My son Romy July 4, cut his first two at 6 months, and two months later to the day... out came number three, and now only a week has gone by and the fourth one is poking through. He had a really wicked "cold" ( I thought it was a cold, then these two teeth appeared) for the first ones, and these last two just made him a bit grumpy!

My son was born July 3rd and he's got two on the bottom and four on top. When the bottom one's came in it was no problem, but the top teeth really hurt him. He was really cranky when he was 6 months because he had two top teeth coming in at the same time. In fact, he's got another top tooth coming in now. Poor boy.

Born July 16th,  my daughter Alexis has 2 teeth on the bottom so far.  I have only had to give her some tempra a couple times to  make her a bit more comfortable.

My daughter's name is also Lacey! :) She was born July 29th. We just discovered the first of a tooth breaking in last night... so we are right there too. My son, 3 in May, started teething about this same time.

My son was born on the 8th July and has 5 teeth through and two more are just breaking through now. At least now his mouth is starting to look more symetrical! He got all the teeth on the left side first!

My son was born the 20th of July and at 2 months old had 5 or 6 little caps of teeth showing just this month he has cut his front bottom two teeth all the way through along with the start of one beside them...they just keep appear he is going to have a mouth full before I know it.

Gail also born 9 july has 6 teeth. 4 on top 2 on bottom and is startting to teeth again poor thing. She got her first tooth at 4 months old.

We only have one and a half! The first one came in overnight. The second one is like yours, it seems to be stuck! :) I am sure they will grow in before we know it.

My daughter (July 15) is just getting her second tooth now (one bottom front tooth and the second, top BESIDE where the 2 front ones are supposed to be)

One of my best girlftriends' daughter got her first tooth at  days while another one of my friends daughter got her first tooth at 10 months...My mom told me that I did not get my first tooth until 12 months :S

My son was born on the 6th, and still has no sign of teeth. My mom said I was almost 1 year before I started getting them. I say it's natures way of giving me a break (still nursing).

I was always told that teeth don't affect temp, but my older 2 boys had a fever with absolutely every tooth they cut!

My daughter broke her first toothat about a week ago - her bottom right. Now she seems to be getting on top but it's beside her 2 front teeth. Dos that make sense? I'm not totally sure if it's a tooth - I think it is, it's a white bump but I thought they got their front teeth first :S

Wow! We're a little slow on the teeth action! Gibson's gums are just starting to soften. I'm not complaining though...I enjoy the toothless breastfeeder ;)

My little Ella got her first bottom two at 4.5 months and has just broken four top teeth in the past two weeks!! The first two were way worse than the top four she just broke! i hear that the first teeth and molars are the hardest....

My little man was born on July 8th. He got his first two teeth when he was 5 months old and as of today he just broke through the second one of his top teeth :) LOL he hasn't been that happy the last couple of days. For him they seem to come in two's he got the third one yesterday :) every baby is different so don't worry over when they come just hope they don't cause too much pain for the little one :)

My son was born on July 9th too! He's got two teeth, but his pediatrician says he's got 2 more on the way.
