i lost ten pounds on weight watchers after my son was born.....you can sign up online you dont have to go to a meeting and you can eat whatever you want you just have to count the points and make sure you dont go over.....moslty it was about portion sizes....but i liked it and thought it worked well...only the measuring all your food was annoying

You dont actually have to change what you eat, or do any tough exercise. Just making small changes like taking stairs whenever you can, pushing yourself to walk a bit faster, even round the house, run up the stairs if you can (not with a baby in your arms obviously!!) go 2 steps back down and then up again at the top of every staircase, when waiting for a kettle to boil, lean on the counter and do mini pushups with your arms, or on the wall whilst cooking, or whatever. And just reduce your portion size of whatever you're having to eat. To start with, just say "ok, I'm going to have one table spoon less" and "I'm going to offer that bar of chocolate to someone instead of eating it myself" and "I'll only have half a slice of bread now, and the other hlf in an hour" ... eventually, you'll find that you're eating half the amount without realising it, plus doing a little extra exercise without noticing, and it'll make big differences.

Also, DRINK MORE WATER. If you can carry a bottle of water around and just take a sip every 5-15 minutes, you can lose 6/7lbs of water weight in a week or so. (Assuming you drink less than 2 litres a day at the moment that is) ... then when you slip and become dehydrated again, the retention slowly builds back up and the same thing works again. I need to do it too right now. Since I had my daughter I've only been drinking about a litre a day. I'll do it too. :-)
