44 days late for my period 13 negative pregnancy tests 2 from the doctors is this normal?

i am 44 days late for my period (which is not normal i'm always regular on a 33 day cycle) i have taken 11 hpts and 2 done at the doctors all come up negative. I have had constant headaches for the past 3 weeks, cramps in the lower part of my stomach and also some in my ribs area, i feel not nauseous but not sick to my stomach mainly throughout the day, my areolas have doubled in size and have also been dry, peeling, and extremely itchy, and i have been getting cramps in my legs and feet. and also lately have been feeling like i have the flu first thing in the morning after about 3 hours of being up i feel fine again does anybody have any idea what may be going on with me because no doctors will help me.

Did you try your family doctor? Or even the hospital? It may be something more serious.
