Anyone else getting the belly pinges for another baby?

Yes! I have a daughter who is 3 1/2 and my son is 15 months and my husband and I have been thinking about another baby. My two kids are so close and so loving and happy, I love to see them together. I want three kids and I think now is the best time to have another one. I am a little nervous about the demands of three children, the demands of two are hard enough! My daughter has special needs as well so she requires more attention, Most ppl think I am crazy but I love my family and have always wanted it to be big. :)

I'm 33 yrs old and my sister and I are 1.5 yrs apart so I feel that this was the right choice for us. My son still wakes up at least 2 times a night but is having bad dreams so I want to get the sleepless nights out of the way. There are several other reasons why we chose to have them close in age due to them growing up together however I can completely understand wanting to get to know your 1st before bringing any more kids into the picture.

no way!! i'd love another baby but my 15 month old little girl is enough! she still has wakeups in the middle of the night once in awhile, and i want to focus on getting to know her before getting pregnant and having another. i think women are having them to fast and to close in age, you dont get to know the first one, i want to know my daughter and give her my attention until shes atleast 3-4 years old before bringing another one into the world! i am only 23 so i hope by 26 to have a 2nd and 28-29 to have our last 3rd one =) you do what you feel is right for your family

I felt that way as soon as I had my son 15 months ago. I am pregnant with a little girl right now and am due around Jan 10th. It's awesome but after this one, I'm done. Don't think I can handle another one. I love it so much but I'm going to school right now so it's going to be a challenge but I'm looking foward to it.

My DH and I just found out yesterday we are expecting again. I'm not sure how far along I am yet as I haven't had AF visit in several months due to my IUD being taken out back in Setember. Anyway, we are excited and praying hard that it's a boy. This will be our last pregnancy, considering we already have a 7 year old DD, and 15 month old DD. Good luck and I hope you get a BFP soon!!!

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who already has a baby since my daughter (15 months)! We just had our 3rd. The first 2 kids are 15.5 months apart and the second and third are 14 months apart! I love it and they are all really close!

Always! But I have a almost 16 month old boy and a 2 month old girl, and I've got my tubes tied... lol I'll have to live vicariously through someone else! Not sure I'd want to ACTUALLY do it again though... lol

My son is 15mths old and I am 10wks pregnant with #2. I am struggling a little as I get REALLY bad morning sickness, but other than that I think it is up to the individual when it is a good time. I wanted me kids close together, some people like them further apart. If you both want another, go for it!

Absoluteloy not! I have a 3 year old son, a 15 month old son and a 2 month old daughter. My hands are full and my belly is retired. LOL Good luck though having them close creates a bond between them you dont get is they are too far apart.

My wee girl has just turned 15mths today, and I have a two week old baby boy!!! We didn't plan it this way, but things are going perfect and my daughter is very interested in baby. I have the exact same age gap between my two as there is between me and my older brother :)

Our son will be 16 months on November 7th. We would like to have another baby, but if it doesn't happen, then it wasn't meant to be...Our son wasn't planned, but we love him more than life itself. If we are blessed with another baby, than we will be so happy, however we are not making a "job" out of it....

Nope, not yet. my son is 15months old, he is my first and i am still enjoying hm so much. I wonder if if i will love another child the way i love him. how do i divide the love? For now i just want to enjoy my son. It scares me to think about having another child now

i totally feel ya. I have a Son who is almost 5 from a previous marriage and my husband and i have a 15month old together. i have a few friends that are pregnant and some that recently had babies and it just makes my uterus hurt. i want another one, but we are living in an undesirable location (thanks to the army) and refuse to have another baby till we get transfered to somewhere less miserable. but i often fins myself browsing the girls cloths at the px and lookin at pinkstrollers online. lol.

I am 11 weeks pregnant with Baby number 2! It took us 2 years to get pregnant with our first and we decided to start trying again for the second child. Three months later, we found out I was pregnant! I am excited and nervous to have 2 children under 2, but I think it will be very good for them to be close. I'm sure the beginning will be hard, but it will pay off!

Im not having belly pinges, I am having belly kicks though. lol. Im actually about 24 wks preg with #2...& its a girl!!! =) My son is 15 mos old! After this one we are done for a few years, but later on we will prob have #3 too. Im a SAHM so that makes it easier, but I think one of the hardest things it taking 2 kids under 2 out this winter by myself. But I'll figure it out. Both of my kids were planned too.

My son is now 15 months old, and I am 13 weeks pregnant. A few close friends of mine have 15 month olds as well, and they are about 5 months pregnant. If you think about it, by the time you have the baby, your 14 month old will be 22 months. 2 years is a wonderful age gap. My sister went through the same thing just recently, her son and daughter are 20 months apart. It was hard for her son to get adjusted, but after a week with a new baby, he wanted to be around his baby sister constantly. He would walk around asking where she was, when she was napping :) If you feel ready, then of course!

id say when your ready your ready. i have a boy and girl. idont know if you'll believe this or not but i had read that male sperm dies off quicker than girls and to have'fun' every two days ,one day before and one day after ovulation so basically skipping everyother day for 1 week or so. but you also have to 'reasurch' your ovulation cycle for at least 4 months so you can b sure . babycenter.com.au/calculator helps in this process as it is very easy,what you also have to realise is sometimes men have more of male or femail sperm so that can factor into it as well, i got my beautiful temperance with this methood i hope you dont mind that i wrote this but i do believe its effective,if you want to try for a girl.

Absolutely! Our son is almost 16mo and we have just started trying for #2. I started getting these cravings about 6 months ago and made myself wait so there was at least a two year age gap! lol

I had posting something similar about peoples thoughts on a good time to have another baby and most people agreed that now is a great time for a second. Being close in age children tend to be closer. I have been thinking about another myself for a couple months now, missing everything about having a new baby around. For me it may be a bit longer though because my husband is in the Navy and I want to wait until he is able to be around for the full pregnancy and the birth because he had to miss the last one.
