My son Joshua started opening his mouth when we would give him kisses at 3 months. TODAY at 4 months old he pulled my face to his and planted one right on my mouth! I was SOOOOO excited! I still am!

Yes, my daughter has been very affectionate with me. She started giving me kisses around 7 mos and shortly after started giving other people kisses. She now gives her babies kisses and has even warmed up to grandpa.

My daughter gives kisses. It is so cute because she just sticks her tongue out and presses her mouth to your face. It is one of my very favorite things, even if they are pretty wet. :)

yes my little ciara will grab my hair and kiss my face and has done it for a couple months now but wont give daddy kisses she gives him hugs and will blow kisses but dosnt slobber on his face

yeah my daughter has, well shes still temperamental with them but gives daddy one every morning and has just started to give me one when i go to put her down of a night. Were currently trying to teach her to blow kisses.

Yep, I get the big open mouth kisses from my 9 month old (almost 10 mos!) - she usually gives them to my chin for some reason. My 22 month old only started giving real kisses a few months ago - until then, it was just the big open mouth thing. I love it.

My daughter just started doing this a couple days ago. she will be 10 months old on May 26. She sometimes kisses with her mouth open or tight lipped. So cute. Daddy gets more kisses than mommy. LOL.

My 10 month old gives tons of kisses! She kisses me and her daddy, the dog, all of her toys, her shoes, her spoon, her sippy cup. :) She's very affectionate. Yours will soon, as long as you give your baby tons of kisses, she (or he) will catch on.

I work 13 hour shifts so when Im working I dont see my son all day the next morning however when i get him out of his cot i get the biggest kissess and he wraps his arms round my neck and squeezes, working and not being with him is hard but the morning after "missed you mummy" hug and kiss is fantastic.

When our little man was 9 mo. old he started giving us "kisses"= mouth wide open pressed against our face. :) Messy, but love it. He now blow kisses and is tries to purse his lips, but mostly it is still the sloppy kind.

Paige started giving kisses at about 4 months. Now she gives them even to her stuffed animals. It's so sweet & cute. Boy how I'm going to miss those when she gets older.

my 10 month old won't give kisses unless he's in the mood for them.. but when he does he likes open mouth kisses.. an sometimes he bites my lips.. his grandma gets up with him in the monring.. afterhe eats his breakfast, he crawls into bed with me, starts pulling my hair to get me up then gives me kisses...

mine caught on when she saw mommy and daddy giving kisses. she gets very excited when she sees us showing each other affection, then she wants to copy. and then when she gives kisses we all clap and let her know that she did something exciting and good :)

My daughter gives the big, open-mouthed kisses too! She learned how to do it a couple months ago, but she has to be in the mood to give kisses. Sometimes when she's not in the mood, she'll push our faces away! But when she decides she wants to, she gives the sweetest kisses!

My twins both can give real kisses, she started it at 7.5 months, all of a sudden, I was feeding her, and she started sending kisses. He has seen it from her and started around 8. I never tried to teach them, I'd just sent them kisses sometimes, I didn't expect they'd do it so early, so was really surprised. Now they even hug and kiss each other, it's so cute!

Yes! My daughter just learned this week. I was giving her kisses and the all of a sudden she begins to kiss me back. It's super cute. She doesn't do it with everyone yet. So far only Hubby and I. :)

our little one give lovely kisses (open mouthed sloppy ones!) she grabs our faces and pulls us closer and goes crazy...unfortunately, lately she has started using her teeth too!! I don't think she knows she is biting, or hurting, just giving really good kisses!! hopefully the teeth thing wears off! She loves giving her Daddy kisses but sometimes doesn't trust him that he has shaved that day!! her face when he has stubble is just priceless!

Yes! My LO has. We tell her kiss,kiss and then make a kissing sound. She grabs our face and comes in with a slobbery kiss. It melts my heart.
