I am having trouble deciding between cloth and disposable and I found gDiapers. They are cloth but with flushable liners. They seem to be really eco friendly. has anyone used these or have any opinions on them??

We use the Seventh Gen. disposables and love them! A bit pricier but we've never had a rash in the whole year and they also don't have character stuff printed all over them. I did not know they were brown until I opened my first pack!!

I have not had a good experience with the gDiapers. They are very convenient and great on pee but they don't hold poop well at all. I am considering using the bumgenius all-in-one cloth diapers for my 1 yr old and continuing with disposables for the new baby. I think the cloth diapers will be easier with the more solid poops from my older child instead the newborn poop and frequency of changing. Good luck!

I have chosen to go with Seventh Generation disposables. I like the convenience of disposables, and the fact that they are biodegradable. I personally know I would not be able to keep up with washing cloth diapers, and I am a self-proclaimed lover of convenience!

I've always fancyed cloth nappies, but I'm afraid I wouldn't have time to clean them properly. I've brought a few disposables might get some cloth ones closer to the time will have to see. The cloth ones I priced up were quite expensive.

I used both cloth and disposable nappies with my daughter.  I found that in the very early days disposables were very helpful - I didn't want to have an extra load of washing to deal with when I was struggling to sleep or the weather wasn't too great.  I then moved to cloth nappies when she was older and we were spending most of the day at home  - though when I go out I put disposable nappies on BEFORE we go out and take disposables with me - you don't want to be carrying round dirty cloth nappies if you are out for 6 hours in the day!!!
