My Daughter is 6 1/2 months and she has been eating Gerber Oatmeal and she loves it. I want to start adding veggies and fruit to her died and I wanted to save money by using frozen and or canned veggies and fruit. The only concern that I have is that it seems those things may have hire sodium levels then the baby food. So what do you recommend? I do not want her to be unhealthy and I want what is best for her.
