Yes, tylenol is about the only thing recommended for infants at any age. You have to figure out the dosage for your baby's weight....the pharmacist should be able to tell you the correct dosage. 13-16lbs is .08mL I believe....it's to the second line on the dropper. My daughter was sick over the holidays and was 13 pounds, so that was her dosage.

of course, they make infant tylenol. The only thing is to check with your pediatrician on whether to give them the smaller dose or larger dose that's marked on the dropper.

my almost 6 month old seems to be in so much pain with her teeth. my doctor said it was okay to give small dose of tylenol. did for the first time last night and she was fine with it. good luck

I would check with your doctor to be sure. Our boy is 6 months and teething up a storm, at his 6 month appointment our doctor told us we could give him Infant Tylenol and also Infant Motrin. A lot of my friends use Motrin as NOTHING else works to ease their babies gums.

i give my son tylenol when he needs it, especially during a bad night of teething, if he has a small fever, it seems to help, i dont give it to him very often but its def. allowed.
