Is your baby not rolling over yet?

Hey there my little girl is also called Isabelle and she was born on the 29th! he doesnt like being on her stomach and hasnt rolled over yet but im not worried- they will do it all in their own time! x

My son was born July 4th and has not rolled either way and is not sitting up...i am concerned as well but boys mature slower and he will eventually get it...no rush.

My daughter Chayce was born 7/17, and just started rolling over on Friday, only from her stomach to back - not yet from back to stomach. she now seems to enjoy tummy time more. i have always used a tummy time pillow, so she has been propped up more. I used a boppy.

My little guy does not rolled over at all he is 6 month old, i saw him roll once on the couch and he has not done it since.

no need to worry my son 14th july still doesnt rollover . he just did once . give her time she will do it on her own . my mom in law says my hubby didnt rollover he just started sitting & crawling

I have an Isabella who was also born on the 23rd! She is the same as most of your babies, rolling only once, at about a month and a half. I, too, have been concerned. Its so nice to read that most of the babies her age, are exactly he same!!!

Hi my son was born on the 10th August and he is already rolling over and trying to sit up, I just let him lay on his play mat and he kicks and rolls about. It's great to see him doing this, dont worry your baby will do it more in her own time.

hi, I had my girl on the 13th of july & she has only rolled over just the once, about 2 months ago. I'm not to worried about it as she has done lots of other things fast, like sitting on my lap and rocking which she's been doing for a good 3 months now, and she also can now sit up by herself. I go to baby groups and most of the babies her age are nearly all rolling over, but they can't do the things she does. I really wouldn't worry! your baby will do things in their own time. I don't want mine doing everything to fast! as i want to enjoy her just the way she is!! she is my first baby, but i've seen both my sisters kid's grow so quick & they always wanted the next stage & now want them as babies again.

Hi my son is the same as many of your babies. he is 5 1/2 months old and he has rolled frohis tummy to his back a bunch of times but not the other way yet. He seems to have no interest in rolling over. My doctor told me that babies dont really start to roll unitl 6 months. He sits unsupported for long periods of time and roll on to his sides so i am not worried he will do it when he is ready. He hates his stomach so maybe he will roll on to it when he can crawl, then he will have a reason to be on his tummy!!

i had twin boys july 30th & one has been rolling back to front & front to back like a little mad man for over a month now. he did it the first time nov. 28th & has never stopped. he goes across the room in a minute flat! the other one however, WILL NOT roll!! he can, he just won't. the ped. says he will when he wants to badly enough.
i cross his leg over all the time to encourage him & only help him over so far, i make him pull his arm out from under him himself, having made sure it's not too tucked in of course! i try enticing him over with toys, he watches his big bro do it, but we're all still waiting! =)
i'm not the least bit worried, i think he will when he's good & ready & i agree with the being scared thing, he startles way easier than the other one.

I've been going through the same thing with my baby. I had him July 14, and he just NOW figured out how to roll from his back to his belly, but as soon as he gets to his belly he freaks out. He hates being on his stomach. So, we're having a hard time getting to roll from his stomach to his back. But we laid my son down in the floor and just put toys around him and thats how he finally rolled over, and he just started doing it in his crib. He likes to sleep on his belly. Give it time, she will do it! All babies do things at different times.

I'm a little concerned. Londyn was born on the 22nd and she hasn't rolled from front to back or vice versa. She is has been trying to sit up but isn't quite there yet. She is my first baby so I guess everything worries me.

My baby was born on the 17 and still has yet to roll but she does sit on her own now..

Nicole is 25weeks and gets stuck on her side when she tries to roll. When she is in her cotbed she rolls over from her back to side but only when she kicks off the side x

I just talked to my doctor about it mine can but wont the doctor said its scary for them to roll over... She said to get them to do it on the bed and watch them or make the floor really soft with tons of blankets when they hit the floor it makes a big caplunk sound tha scares them but when they are on the bed or on blankets its wont... But just do this untile they are comfortable do it for about a week or so

Every baby is different. Mine was born on the 24th and she's rolled a number of times from belly to back but I'm not convinced it's intentional. I think her head just topples her over. And she's never even tried rolling from back to front. She's sitting already but so far skipped rolling. I have a friend with a very active 10 mo. old who sits and crawls but won't roll. I wouldn't worry, you just had a little individual! :) Isabelle will roll when she wants to!

My son was born on July 17th and he first rolled from his stomach to his side with his knees tucked under him when he was 3 days old, he has rolled from his stomack to back only a few times since and once at 4 months he almost made it from back to front. Eventhough he looked like he was going to start rolling early it isnt really happening yet I am not worried because I am sure all babies develop at different rates.

My little boy was born on July 31st and has rolled over a few times from tummy to back, but tries harder to roll from back to tummy. Hopefully he'll be rolling all over the place soon! My daughter was rolling everywhere at 5 months; just a difference in children I'm sure.

sorry no suggestions but my son is the same except he has not even rolled over from hs stomach. i have tried placing toys a little out of his reach and he just rolls onto hs side and reaches and eventually just gets mad! Lucas was born july 31
