If they are affecting her sleep quality I would strongly recommend allowing your doctor to remove them.If they have been problematic then 2 years of age is generally when they can safely be removed. My guess is that you will see lots of improvement in sleep and other areas of her life after this surgery. This is not an unusual surgery
