my son is 9 months old and has four teeth, two front top and two front bottom. i find that he is constantly grinding his teeth together and im worried about him hurting himself. my mom told me theres nothing to do but to tell him to stop it when he starts. he does it so bad that i can hear him across the room, any suggestions on how to stop him?

I'm told it's quite normal at this young age, he will more than likely grow out of it as quickly as he discovered it. I've read we are not to worry.

I have know idea. I would ask a dentist... I used to grind my teeth mainly at night. but I have no idea how to make him stop except for what your mom said.... Sorry
