Weight gain

Hello everyone, I'm new here, I'm 23 weeks along and I joined this group as I wonder if anyone knows what should be the proper weight gain at the end of 5th month? I gained 6 lbs and one doctor says it's ok and other one tells me to eat more.. what to do?

I am also 23 weeks and at my 20 week appt I had also only gained a total of 6 Ibs.  I wouldn't worry about it, I think everyone's body is different and as long as your eating properly your body will gain what it needs.  You still have 4 more months to go and this is when the baby will really start gaining a lot of weight.  I was the same way with my first pregnancy and by the time I had my daughter I had gained about 23 Ibs which is right in the range of what you should gain.
