i been trying to think of some finger foods to give to my 9 month old son so that way he can eat on his own sometimes but i can't think of any besides lil sausages, gerber puffs, and gerber sticks. so i would like some suggestions. thanks!!!

Graham crackers, club crackers, string cheese, boiled carrots, chicken, spagettios, blue berries, strawberries... the list goes on and on

you could make sweet potato french fries, my dughter liked those. She also likes cut up banana, pear, blueberries, mango, grapes (cut into quaters), broccolli spears (she can only get the little dots on the end off, lol), cut up cooked broccoli, peas, mixed veggies, beans, noodles (cut small), tomatoes (raw or canned), strawberries (cut up), sliced olives (cut smaller), toast strips, grated raw carrot, small chunks of chicken, cut up cooked bell pepper, cut up oranges, pineapple, mushrooms, potato, scrambled egg yolk, baby mum-mum rice crackers...really she eats almost anything we eat cut small. Start with fresh fruit and move on from there...it will take time for him to learn the pincer grasp.

Low salt crackers, cherrios, pieces of banana, frozen bagels, small chunks of soft pear, soft cheeses like string cheese, and pieces of peeled soft cooked potatoes. My son loves it all.
