What are the bumps on the side of my daughters tongue?

My daughter woke up this morning and I noticed while she was eating her breakfast that she has bumps/bite marks on both sides of her tongue. At first I thought she had bitten her tongue, but when I got a better look it is more like a blister. On the one side that I was able to get a semi-good look at, there are a couple little white bumps next to it, and the big blister goes down the side of her tongue. I just can't get a great look at it, being I'm trying to look in a 2 year-olds mouth and look at her tongue. Not an easy task...She doesn't seem to be in pain, and she is eating fine....

Anyway, wondering if anyone has ever experienced this? Anyone know what it would possibly be? Anyone know what I can do to help them?

Well I wouldn't be REAL worried about it, I mean I would still take her to the dr to find out what it is, but is she isn't in pain then it can't be bothering her. I know that I will find a bump or 2 on my tongue that look like blisters but they hurt REALLY bad and then they just go away.
