My son is 9 months old & still no teeth? I'm not worried at all but would like to see when other baby's teeth were coming in to see if I should be expecting any asap! :)

My sons first tooth (bottom) came in when he was 6.5 months his second tooth (bottom) came in when he was 7 months now his top two teeth are coming in.

Hey Lisa my little boy is now 9 1/2 months and now has 2 teeth, he got his first one at 9 months and then the other one popped up a few days later. I hav heard the longer they take to come in the better teeth they will have :)

Suddenly after my last post about this, another tooth has appeared. My 9-mos old's first appeared around April 16, one of the lower incisors, then no signs of others. Then at a party this past Wed., (5/5), someone noticed one of his upper incisors coming down. Yay!! Why am I never the first to notice?

I have twin daughters. They are 7 minutes apart. Kealie, the youngest, got her two bottom teeth at about 7 and 1/2 months. Jozie, the oldest of course, still does not have any!!! How interesting is that!!!!!!!!!!

I was worried about my little Donovan's teeth coming in too. He was drooling so much and still no teeth for months. Then he had is nine months check up the doctor told me to try teething biscuits. ( be careful you must supervise their eating in case they choke on the biscuit) A few days later....Tada! His first tooth came out and the drooling slowed down..... Right now he is 9 months and 2 weeks, the drooling is picking up again, he is getting a runny nose and I see a second tooth come in. Try the teething biscuits and let me know if that works.

I have 4 children, my first got his teeth around the 5 month mark, my first daughter didn't get her first teeth until she was almost a year, my second daughter didn't get hers until she was around 9 months and my 9 month old daughter just got in the last week her 2 bottom teeth...so as everyone has said ever baby is different just hang in there and it will happen.

LOL my son is 9 and 1/2 months and has just cut his 7th tooth....he cut his bottom 2 at 18 weeks and then the top 4 came in just after christmas/new year.....he is early! but i have heard from friends that their kids didn't get teeth until 9 mths +.....my friend's daughter just cut her first tooth and she is 10mths!

My son is 9 1/2 mos old and just had his first tooth pop through 2 weeks ago. Still not all the way up - no signs of others. The first tooth was a rough process for him, but Tylenol and Hyland's homeopathic teething tablets helped a lot. He's doing much better.

Langston actually had two pegs to come in at the bottom 2 weeks ago and he hit 9 months on Friday. He is chewing on EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My son is 9 1/2 months old and he still has no teeth. He has been showing some signs on and off red cheeks, messy nappies, constantly biting down on things and crying, has a cold a had a temperature the other day but still no teeth.

My daughter turned 9 months Friday April 30th. She got two teeth on the bottom the month before when she was 8months. My older daughter who is 6 didn't get any teeth till after she turned 1. I wouldn't worry about it untill after your baby is one and still nothing.

Our twins are 9mos and only have 2 teeth! I know someone who has an 8mo old and has 8 teeth already. They say the longer it takes for their teeth to come in the better!

My son's bottom teeth came in at 7mths...then the incisors came and now the 2 front teeth. My Mom-in-law said her two kids got their incisors first before before the top front teeth. Nothing to worry about...don't sweat it but if it's worrying you too much speak his doc.

I have 9 month old twin girls and still no teeth. One has two that cut through, I could drag my finger across them yesterday and today they are gone?? Poor girl. The other has one trying to do the same but hers has managed to stay above gum line. So I expect any day.

My daughter got her 2 bottom teeth at 5 and 1/2 months and then her top 2 at 9 months...She is 10 months on the 8th of May!! All bubs are different and develope at their own pace so I say to just enjoy and it will happen when it happens :-)

Yeah, definitely no need to worry. My little man (9 1/2 mo.) just got his first tooth (left front bottom) four days ago. He'd been 'teething'- drooling on everything and chewing on everything for literally months, but only seriously started to a couple of weeks before it broke through and then the night before he woke up a lot (not normal for him), so I was glad when that was the reason! They really are all different- just enjoy the process!

Hey! It all depends on, when the baby's dad actually got his teeth....your baby would start teething almost at the same time. Do confirm this fact with your doctor. Any way, my son is 9 months today (30th) and he has already got two lower and two upper teeth....

My son has 8 almost 9 teeth and he is 9 mo old. He got his first teeth at around 3 or 4 months. I know one year old children that still dont have any teeth. But keep teething tablets on hand and a thing of oragel. And if your son is anything like mine he will be awake every hour once they start coming in.

IMy Tristan is 42 weeks and has 5 teeth. I couldnt tell you whats normal. I would assume if your doctor thought it was odd he would of said something already

My 9 month daughter was 4 months old, when she got her first 2 teeth, My oldest was 3months and my other 3 children were all 51/2 months old when they got their first tooth. Just be gld you do not have to dael with it thus far, teething is not fun!

My daughter just turned 9 months on the 22nd and got her first tooth Easter morning. The second bottom one is soooo close, there is a big white bump and you can see the complete white straight line, but it has been like that for almost2 weeks now and hasn't popped through yet. My sister and I didn't get teeth till we were about one, well after we were walking.

You should be seeing teeth soon - usually by 9-10 mos at the latest, but I've seen some who don't get them until 11-12 months. USUALLY, I think, you start seeing them between 4 and 7 mos, and it's usually the bottom front ones that come in first. My older daughter's first tooth was her top pointy tooth (eye tooth?), but she got her 8 front teeth all in the same month. My younger one (9 mos now) got her first two teeth last month, and hasn't gotten any since. Keep tabs on his/her gums - he should start drooling a lot and trying to chew hard on everything - and they should become swollen and whitish where the teeth are coming in. Good luck! :)

My 9 month old got her first tooth at 6 months and now has 7 teeth. My 5 year old didn't get her first tooth till 9 months. I've heard from several people (including my doctor) that the longer it takes for that first tooth, the healthier their teeth will be.

my girl had to be put on food at 3 months and she was breast fed till 6months - the doc was odd now going to new one- but she didnt get any teeth till 4rd april her dads bday he thought it was fantastic lol. she now has two bottom ones and is trying to get her two top ones out she has been on rusks since 4months as i thought wat the heck as she was already eating food. ive been told some babys dont get any til18 months and thats when they all apear with in a month. tho every child is different my son got his at 6 months and he was bottle fed due to being sick from birth probably a wives tale but mb it has to do with breast feeding........

Someone once told me, "the longer it takes for them to come in the stronger they will be." Not sure how true that is but at the time it was comforting to hear.
I also think feeding might have something to do with it. My son is breastfeed, and a friends baby who was formula / bottle feed already had 4 teeth ~ I thought it could be the rubbing and chewing on a plastic nipple ~ as opposed to the real thing.
Be patient, they will come. Babies do everything in their own time. You can’t compare “progress”.

my daughter showed signs of teething at 4 months but the first bottom tooth arrived at 6 months. My daughter actually got all four of her bottom teeth before any top teeth appeared.
My daughter will be 9 months on the 29th and she has now 8 teeth four on top and bottom. The tops ones were one after another in a short amount of time. She got three in 1.5 weeks

My first born didn't get his first until he was almost 19 months and my second got em around 7 months. I wouldn't worry about it..just make sure he sees a dentist at his first birthday or around 18 months. Best of luck! :)

My son had the two bottom teeth come up at 6 months, the top two at seven months, top right tooth at eight months. Now at nine months, he has four teeth appearing just under the skin. Everything has been happening just weeks apart, so he has been very grouchy at times!! Every baby is different, so as long your son is happy and healthy, then you have nothing to worry about!

My daughter is 9 months and she got her first 2 bottom teeth at 4 months, she now has 8 teeth. I was told that starting solids earlier can bring teeth through earlier. If u want them to come through i have been told that giving ya baby teething rusks can help to bring them through

my son will be 10 months on saturday. he started drooling around 3 months and did for at least 3 more months and then it just stopped. out of no where 3wks ago he started getting his top 2 teeth and now he has 4 coming in at once. i think the longer it is the more that will prolly come through
